Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arik App, an internal application ("Arik App" or the "Application") provided by Arik App ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Arik App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arik App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.

2. Access and Use of Arik App

• Internal Use Only: Arik App is provided for the exclusive internal use of Arik App's developers to enhance their productivity.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials used to access Arik App and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Compliance with Policies: You agree to use Arik App in compliance with all applicable internal policies, guidelines, and procedures of Arik App, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

Arik App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Arik App and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Indonesia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Arik App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Arik App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Arik App or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of Arik App is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that Arik App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Application or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arik App, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use Arik App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on Arik App; (iii) any content obtained from Arik App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Arik App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Arik App will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using Arik App.
